When we checked and troubleshoot we did

Solution:

When we cheked the

 

Error 2: [ERROR]
/opt/stack/devstack/functions:612 Invalid path permissions

Solution:

In my case /opt/stack is home and clone the
devstack code in this directory when I checked its permission 700 and we are
getting permission issue

For resolution I set the permission 774 on
/opt/stack
